Fresh Mini Bell Peppers
For a “fresh” perspective to healthy snacks, we have fresh mini bell peppers. These colorful little jewels are healthy, slightly sweet, and provide great nutritional value. Mini bell peppers are low in calories and excellent sources of Vitamins A and C, potassium, folic acid, and fiber. Also, don’t forget it comes in a variety of colors including yellow, red, and orange to brighten up your plate.
Baked Plantain Chips
Last on our healthy snacks list, but certainly not least, are the deliciously crunchy baked Plantain chips. You can purchase these pre-packaged if you are running short on time or make them yourself. This snack is a great choice if you are looking to replace a certain greasy snack that will definitely not make the healthy snack list!
